Performing cunnilingus can be one of the most wonderful things you can do for a woman. It makes her feel loved, admired, sexy, and has the potential to give her an exceptional orgasm. Many women prefer cunnilingus over sexual intercourse, and for those who require a lot of clitoral stimulation, it's the easiest way to reach an orgasm. Additionally, many women today expect it, and men who perform great cunnilingus are always appreciated and considered fabulous lovers.
There's little more exciting for a woman than knowing her partner finds her delightful, meaning you enjoy the taste, smell, and feel of her vaginal juices. At the same time, it's slightly less exciting for a woman to think you don't like the taste and smell of her most intimate area. A woman's scent is usually quite mild and pleasant, which is very arousing for the partner. The type and intensity of the scent can vary considerably from one woman to another and may be stronger at different times (for example, closer to her period).

If your partner has a scent that's more than you can handle, or you don't feel comfortable down there (thinking you don't like the smell), I suggest taking a hot shower or bath together. Check out the bath and shower section for more details on how to make bathing a fun experience for both of you.
Before moving forward, you might want to familiarize yourself with this region of her body by reading the section on her erogenous zones and taking a look at the female diagram.
Remember, there's almost nothing you can do to make her feel bad (as long as you're gentle), so relax! Anything that involves licking and sucking the lips, vaginal entrance, clitoris, or anal area should feel good for your partner. Also, once you find something that works, don't stray too far from it unless you move on to something that works even better.
Exercises
To perform for extended periods, there are several exercises that can be used to strengthen the mouth muscles. Here are some tongue exercises and positions for performing cunnilingus:
Exercise 1:
Stick your tongue out as far as possible, then try to touch your nose. Once in this position, keep the same muscle groups still and start moving your tongue around. Practice moving your tongue to the right, left, up, and down.
Exercise 2:
With a relaxed jaw, direct your tongue while trying to keep it in constant contact with the top and bottom of your mouth. Once in this position, practice moving your tongue in and out of your mouth. For the more advanced student, try keeping your mouth closed and swirling your tongue inside while, of course, maintaining the position. An extension for the advanced exercise is to try dissolving a salvation made in the teeth from the inside out.
Exercise 3:
Stick your tongue out of your mouth, trying to keep it flat and relaxed. Gradually, while maintaining the position, practice curling the large tip of your tongue up, down, and side to side. Practice in five sets of ten, holding each movement for 2 seconds.
Exercise 4:
Keep your tongue relaxed and open your mouth. Move your tongue in and out of your mouth and in both directions. Practice in five sets of twenty.
