• All prices are shown in USD, with any applicable taxes displayed before you confirm your order
• We may change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly
• We keep stock information as accurate as we can, but availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal
• We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This is our own commercial policy, not a legal requirement in the United States, and we apply it to every order. For hygiene reasons intimate products, lubricants and cosmetics can only be returned unopened and with the hygiene seal intact. See our Returns Policy for the full conditions.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If what arrives is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us straight away at info@loviux.com. We arrange a free return and send you a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Orders ship from the European Union. Any customs duties or import charges that may apply on arrival are set by the authorities of the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to HiLoud Solutions S.L. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes may be brought before the courts of Tarragona, Spain. If the mandatory consumer protection law of your state gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights still apply.
