If an item sells out, the pack is no longer available. The pack's availability depends on that of each of its items: if one is missing, the pack is shown as out of stock until it's back in stock. An incomplete pack is never sent.
Returns. A pack is returned under the same policy as any other order: you have 30 days from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging, and hygiene products are only accepted with the seal intact. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

It depends on the pack. On each pack's page you'll see how much its items would cost if bought separately and how much you save, calculated with the current price of each product.
Can I swap any of the items in the pack?
No, the contents of each pack are fixed. If you want a different combination, each item has its own product page and can be bought on its own.
What happens if one of the items sells out?
The pack is shown as out of stock until all of its items are back in stock. That way you never receive an incomplete pack.
Does the pack arrive in a single discreet parcel?
Yes. The whole pack is sent together, in discreet packaging, with the same delivery times as other orders to your country.
Can I return a pack?
Yes, under the same policy as other orders: 30 days from delivery for unused products in their original packaging, and hygiene products only with the seal intact.
