Only for the app-controlled models, and even then they also work with their buttons. If you would rather not install anything, the Winni 2 and Elva come with a physical remote.
What is the heat function for?
It brings the toy up to body temperature. It is not a power feature. It changes the feel at first contact, since silicone at room temperature can feel cold.
What lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubes can wear down the surface of silicone toys over time, and that is what most of this range is made from.
Does the package arrive discreetly?
