Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you can return your order within 14 days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is sufficient)
How to Return
- Contact us at info@loviux.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened intimate products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Lubricants and cosmetics that have been opened
