- Withdraw the douche with the bulb still squeezed, and release it once it's out.
- Expel the water into the toilet and repeat only if needed.
Cleaning
After each use, clean it well with warm water and a suitable mild cleanser. Our own tip: fill and empty the bulb several times with clean water to rinse the inside, and leave it to air dry before storing it. We have no manufacturer guidance on boiling or disinfecting it, so don't do either.
Our tips

- Fill it only with warm water. The mild cleanser is for washing the douche, not for putting inside it.
