Our tips for using the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System
- Check the parts before use and familiarise yourself with the quick-release valve.
- Apply water-based lubricant to help the base make contact.
- Position the cylinder around the penis, with the base resting against the skin without pinching it.
- Use the trigger gently and increase suction gradually, without aiming for maximum pressure.
- Release the vacuum using the valve before removing the cylinder.
Cleaning
For general care, clean the surfaces that have touched the body with warm water and mild soap, wipe away the soap with a damp cloth and leave to dry completely. Store the parts clean and dry.
Our tips
- Use water-based lubricant, which is compatible with the silicone parts.
- Keep sessions short and avoid maintaining suction for a prolonged period.
- If you notice pain, coldness, numbness or a change in colour, release the vacuum and stop using it.
- Don't fall asleep with the pump on or use it on injured skin.
- Keep water out of the mechanism.

Questions
CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System: frequently asked questions
How does the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System work?
A hand trigger creates suction inside the cylinder. The quick-release valve lets you release the vacuum before removing the pump.
How big is the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System?
The cylinder measures 29.25 × 6.25 cm (11.5 × 2.5 in). These are the cylinder's measurements, not the available interior space.
What is the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System made from?
The cylinder is made from acrylic, the tube from silicone, the handle and valve from ABS, and the connector from POM. Silicone is used for the tube, not the cylinder.
Can you disconnect the tube from the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System?
Yes. You can disconnect the flexible tube without losing suction. Use the valve to release the vacuum.
What lubricant should you use with the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System?
We recommend water-based lubricant, which is compatible with the system's silicone parts.
How do you clean the CalExotics Colt Big Man Pump System?
As a general tip, clean the surfaces that have touched the body with warm water and mild soap, then wipe away the soap with a damp cloth. Keep the mechanism dry and leave the pump to dry completely before storing it.
