This is a gel, not a device. According to the product information, the feeling of suction without contact, the vibration, the pulsing and the gradual warmth all come from the formula alone. You spread it gently on the outside, and the intensity changes over time.

What the science says
What the science says about clitoral stimulation
The studies we cite did not test this gel. What has been studied is clitoral stimulation during intercourse, not a gel with a suction effect.
36.6% said clitoral stimulation was necessary to reach orgasm during intercourse, and another 36% said that, although it wasn't necessary, their orgasms were better with it.
The reported frequency of orgasm was higher during intercourse with clitoral stimulation (51-60%) than when it was not specified (31-40%) or not present (21-30%).
