- Guide the penis into the condom, not between the condom and the vaginal wall.
- Add lubricant if you feel friction. The pack comes with 3 sachets.
- Remove it carefully afterwards: close and twist the end that stays outside so the semen doesn't spill out.
After use
Don't wash or reuse it: use a new one each time you have sex. Afterwards, wrap it up and put it in the bin, not down the toilet.
