Step by step
How to use the Secret Play 30 Días Bondage Experience
- Talk before you start. Each of you says what you are happy with and sets your limits.
- Choose a safe word. When either of you says it, everything stops straight away.
- Share out the roles of dominant and submissive. You can swap them over the 30 days.
- Keep blunt-tip scissors within reach in case whoever plays the submissive feels overwhelmed.
- Follow the order of the days. Day 1 has the gentlest challenge and the intensity rises with each card.
