CALEXOTICS Maxx Adjustable Penis Extender Sleeve
The CALEXOTICS Maxx is a clear, stretchable penis extender sleeve that adds noticeable length and girth with a soft 9.5cm head. Its hollow construction, built-in scrotum strap and three adjustable stoppers give stability and a custom fit. A good pick for couples wanting a temporary enhancement without a complex toy — straightforward, body-safe and easy to use with water-based lube.
Description
Add length and a fuller profile with this clear, body-safe extension kit. The 9.5 cm solid head creates a more substantial look and feel, while the elastic transparent body is designed to sit close.
The hollow design and built-in scrotum strap support stability. Use the three included stoppers to adjust the fit for comfort. For easier application and smoother glide, use a water-based lubricant.
How to use
Fit the sleeve securely. Use the three included stoppers to set the comfort level you want. Apply with a water-based lubricant for easier use.
Cleaning and care
Clean carefully after use and allow it to dry fully before storing. Made for intimate use with body-safe, phthalate-free construction; use gentle cleaning to help keep it in good condition.
For couples or intermediate users who want a clear, adjustable penis sleeve with added length and a steadier fit.
Our verdict
A clear, adjustable extension kit with a 9.5 cm solid head and three stoppers for a customisable fit. Suits couples or users who want more control than a fixed, non-adjustable sleeve.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
