Pasante Trim Closer Fit: what you need to know before you buy
Is it for you?
Who Pasante Trim Closer Fit is for, and who it isn't for
It suits you if…
- You want a condom with a 49 mm nominal width.
- Your erect penis circumference is 10 to 11 cm.
- You want a pack of 144 lubricated condoms, individually wrapped.
Better look elsewhere if…
- Your erect circumference is outside the 10 to 11 cm recommended for this model.
- You avoid latex or have a latex allergy. These condoms are made from natural latex.
- You want a condom with spermicide: its lubricant doesn't contain any.
- You don't know your size yet and would rather try a few first: the box holds 144.
Our usage tips
How to use the Pasante Trim Closer Fit
- Check the expiry date and make sure the wrapper isn't torn.
- Open the wrapper with your fingers, never with scissors or your teeth, so you don't tear the condom.
- Put it on when the penis is erect and before any contact. Pinch the tip so no air is trapped in the teat end, then roll it down to the base. If you've put it on inside out, throw it away and use a new one.
- Add water-based or silicone lubricant on the outside if you feel any friction.
- Take it off after ejaculating and before the erection goes down, holding it at the base so it doesn't slip off.
After use
It's single-use: don't wash it or use it again. Afterwards, tie it in a knot, wrap it in tissue and put it in the bin, not down the toilet.
Our tips
- Use a new one every time you have sex and don't wear two at once: the friction between them can make them break.
- No oils, petroleum jelly or oil-based creams: they damage latex.
- If you go from anal to vaginal sex, change condom.
- Store them somewhere cool and dry. In a wallet or in the car, they get damaged by friction and heat.
- If you notice itching, redness or swelling, stop using them: it could be a latex allergy.
- If it breaks or slips off, speak to a pharmacist or a healthcare professional.
These are our own general tips for any condom, not the manufacturer's instructions.
