Description
The Condomerie Cobra is a decorative condom made from natural latex, hand-painted and individually crafted. You can unroll it easily, and it feels soft and smooth. It isn’t contraceptive and doesn’t protect you against sexually transmitted infections.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
It’s for you if you’re looking for a condom-shaped decorative piece with a hand-painted finish.
Don’t choose it if you need a condom for protection: Cobra isn’t designed for that.
How to use it and look after it
- Contains latex: do not use it if you are allergic to latex.
- It is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
Compatibility
- Lubricant: As a general rule for latex, you can use water- or silicone-based lubricants; that doesn’t make Cobra a protective condom.
- Condoms: It’s a decorative condom, not one intended for contraception or protection against sexually transmitted infections.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Check the expiry date and keep them away from heat; in a wallet, friction wears them out.
- Open the wrapper with your fingers, never with scissors or your teeth, so you don't tear it.
- Pinch the tip as you put it on so no air is trapped, and roll it all the way down to the base on the erect penis.
- Use a new one every time you have sex and don't wear two at once: friction between them can make them tear.
- With latex condoms, no oils or oil-based lubes: they damage latex.
Our verdict
What makes each piece special is its hand-painted finish; the key limitation is that it offers no protection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use it if I’m allergic to latex?
No: it contains natural latex, which can cause an allergic reaction if you’re allergic to that material.
Can I carry it in my wallet as a spare condom?
No, it won’t work as a condom for protection: Cobra is decorative. What’s more, friction in your wallet can generally damage condoms.
Which lubricant is compatible with its latex?
As a general rule for latex, you can use a water- or silicone-based lubricant. Cobra is still a decorative item and offers no protection.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
