The essentials
Climaximum Get Real 19 cm: what you need to know before you buy
Is it for you?
Who Climaximum Get Real 19 cm is and isn't for
It suits you if…
- You're looking for a penis sleeve to add length and girth.
- You want a soft, stretchy material.
- You want a slightly slimmer sleeve: 3.5 cm in diameter, compared with 4 cm for the Get Real Hydrated Skin sleeves.
Better look elsewhere if…
- You prefer silicone to TPE. Get Real Hydrated Skin 20 cm is made from silicone.
- You want a shorter overall length. Get Real Hydrated Skin 16 cm is shorter, though it has a diameter of 4 cm.
Step by step
How to use the Climaximum Get Real 19 cm
- Wash it before first use with warm water and mild soap, then dry it well.
- Put a little water-based lubricant inside the sleeve.
- Fit it on an erect penis, sliding it on slowly until it fits snugly.
- Add water-based lubricant to the outside before penetration, and reapply when needed.
- Take it off slowly when you've finished.
Cleaning
Wash it inside and out with warm water and mild soap, and rinse it well. Leave it to air dry completely before putting it away. Store it away from other toys, in a clean bag or box.
Our tips
- With TPE, use a water-based lubricant. Oil-based ones can damage the material.
- The sleeve is not a condom: it doesn't prevent pregnancy or infections.
- Don't wear it for long stretches at a time.
- Take it off if you feel pain, numbness or coldness, or if the skin changes colour.
- If you notice irritation, stop using it.
- Check it before each use. If it has any cracks or tears, don't use it.
- If you use it for anal play, don't move on to vaginal use without washing it first.

How big is Climaximum Get Real 19 cm?

It's made of soft, stretchy TPE. This is a porous material, so it's best to wash it well and let it dry completely after every use.

Yes. It's made of TPE, a soft material that stretches to fit the penis.
How much length does the Climaximum Get Real 19 cm penis extension sleeve add?
