How to use Glyde Ultra condoms
- Open the packet with your fingers, without using teeth, scissors or fingernails, to avoid damaging the condom.
- Pinch the reservoir tip to keep air out.
- Roll it down your erect penis to the base, before any genital contact.
Storage
Use each condom once only. Tie a knot in it, wrap it in tissue and put it in the bin. Don't flush it down the toilet. Store unused condoms somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight.

- Use a new condom each time you have sex and whenever you switch from vaginal to anal sex or vice versa.
