Description
You get Bathmate HydroXtreme 3, a water-filled penis vacuum pump designed for an erect penis measuring 3 to 8 cm. The included manual bulb lets you adjust the pressure, and the pump is made from medical-grade materials suitable for contact with your body. Your kit includes a shower strap, brush, towel, Bathmate Clean, storage bag and padlock. The design with a manual bulb is described as being intended to maximise pressure. You’re told that the product is clinically certified and safe to use.
How to use it and look after it
- Fill the pump with warm water and insert your flaccid penis.
- Pull the pump towards your body to create the vacuum, then adjust the pressure by squeezing the manual bulb.
- Maintain the vacuum for a maximum of 3 minutes, ease off the pressure and repeat the cycle up to 3 times; don’t exceed 15 minutes per session or 5 sessions a week.
- When you finish, give yourself a brief massage.
To clean it, your kit includes a brush and Bathmate Clean; you also get a towel and a storage bag.
Compatibility
- Water: It works with water inside, and you can use it in the shower or bath.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Start with low pressure and increase it gradually. If you feel pain or tingling, or the skin changes colour, release the vacuum straight away.
- Keep sessions short and release the vacuum now and then to take a break; if the manual gives a maximum time, don't go beyond it.
- Use it in the shower or the bath, with water that is warm but comfortable to the touch; never very hot.
- After each use, wash the cylinder and the sealing piece with lukewarm water and mild soap, and let them dry completely before putting them away.
- Keep it clean and dry, away from heat and sunlight, in a fabric pouch or its box and apart from other toys: some materials react when they touch and become stained or misshapen.
Our verdict
The manual bulb lets you adjust the pressure, but you need to fill the pump with water before each use and stick to the 15-minute limit per session.
