What the science says
What science says about pelvic floor training
The studies we cite did not test the Joyballs Single. What has been studied is pelvic floor training, in this case with vaginal cones and other techniques, not with balls like this one.
A review of 6 trials compared exercises, vaginal cones, biofeedback and other techniques. Physiotherapy was effective in all the studies, but there is no consensus on which intervention is the most effective. The review covers vaginal cones, not balls with an inner sphere.
