How to use the Liebe Uno
- Wash it before use with warm water and mild soap.
- Put a little water-based lubricant on the ball before inserting it.
- Always wear it standing up and moving. Never sitting or still.
- Start with 15 minutes, 4 or 5 days a week, and add 5 minutes at a time until you reach 1 hour.
- With practice, wear it while you go about your day, for 3 hours at most.
Cleaning
Wash it after every use with warm water and mild soap, rinse it well and dry it before storing it.
