How to use the S Pleasures Trio Kegel Trainer
- Wash them first with warm water and pH-neutral soap.
- Start with the lightest, the 45 g single ball.
- Put a little water-based lubricant on the ball.
- Insert it slowly into the vagina and leave the cord outside.
- To take it out, gently pull on the cord.
- Move on to the next one when the current one feels comfortable: the 82 g double ball and then the 101 g one.
Cleaning
Use warm water and pH-neutral soap, and a toy cleaner if you like. Dry them well, cord included, and store them clean and separately.
