Description
Doing pelvic floor exercises has never been this pleasurable. The Liebe set offers both a single and a double ball, crafted from medical-grade silicone for a soft, silky feel. As you move, the inner balls create subtle contractions that tonify your pelvic area.
How to use
To start, gently introduce the balls, using a water-based lubricant for ease. Begin with just a few minutes each day, progressively increasing the duration to 20 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week. Avoid usage during menstruation or pregnancy.
Cleaning and care
Clean your Liebe vaginal balls with warm water and a gentle soap after each use. Ensure they are fully dry before storing them in a discreet place.
For those seeking to train their pelvic floor discreetly.
Our verdict
A solid choice for those looking to train their pelvic floor. The discreet design ensures comfort during use. A downside is that they are not recharged, requiring batteries instead.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
