How to use the Optimum Power Pulsar Stroker
- Charge it with the USB cable that comes with it. A full charge takes 2 hours.
- Take the cap off and put water-based lubricant on the sleeve opening and on your penis.
- To turn it on or off, hold the power button for 3 seconds.
