Who it suits and who it doesn't
It's for you if you're looking for a water-based lubricant with a cooling effect and mint flavour.
Compatibility
- Condoms: Although it's water-based, its compatibility with condoms isn't specified, so don't assume it's compatible.
- Use: Apply it to your hand and gently massage the area you want to lubricate.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Start with a small amount and add more when you need it; with a condom, apply it to the outside once the condom is on.
- Water-based lubes are absorbed as you go: if you notice it drying out, add a little more or a few drops of water to reactivate it.
- If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on the inside of your arm first and wait a while before using it on intimate areas.
- A lubricant is not a contraceptive and doesn't protect against sexually transmitted infections.
How it differs
- Control Gel: Control Gel has a warming effect and chocolate flavour, while Mixgliss has a cooling effect and mint flavour. The former is for you if you want warmth and chocolate; choose this one if you prefer cooling and mint.
Our verdict
For you, the choice comes down to cooling and mint: this isn't a formula with no effect or flavour.
