It suits you if…
- You want a penis sleeve that adds texture and has a natural look.
- You want vibration in a flexible tip.
- You prefer a sleeve with a ring to help keep it in place.
Better look elsewhere if…
- You want a rechargeable model. This one uses 3 LR41 batteries.

Our usage tips
How to use the Romance Extended Penis Sleeve with Vibration
- Check that the 3 LR41 batteries are in and that the tip vibrates before you put the sleeve on.
- Apply a little water-based lubricant to your penis and inside the sleeve.
- Slide the sleeve over your penis and pass the ring behind your testicles so that it sits around the base.
- Check that the ring holds the sleeve in place without hurting. If it is too tight, take it off.
- Add water-based lubricant to the outside before penetration.
Cleaning
Wash it after every use with warm water and mild soap, inside and out. Do not submerge it and do not let water get into the battery compartment. Rinse it and dry it well, inside too, before you put it away.
Our tips
- Take it off straight away if you notice pain, coldness, tingling or a change in colour in your penis or testicles.
- Use it for short periods and don't fall asleep wearing it: the ring sits around the base of the testicles and it isn't a good idea to wear it for long stretches.
- The sleeve is not a condom: it doesn't protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.
- If you use it for anal penetration, wash it before moving on to the vagina.
- Take the batteries out if you are going to store it for a long time.
